今までは全ての商品に追跡番号がついていませんでした。
今後は全ての商品に対して追跡番号をつけて発送し、常に配送状況が把握できる体制を整えました。

また、商品が届かないとバイヤーから連絡が入った場合は、追跡番号を確認してバイヤーへ詳細な配送状況を連絡致します。
また、追跡不能な場合が発生した場合は新しい商品を48時間以内に発送して対応致します。
再配送料は当社にて負担致します。

When we are informed that a buyer has not received the products, we will let him or her know the detailed delivery status by checking the tracking number.
In case we cannot trace the product, we send out another one within 48 hours.
The reshipping fee will be borne by us.
