①まずは日本において8年間の交換実績に基づく日本人気交換賞品ラインナップを揃える。
②次に、タイ人向けアンケートに基づく（JETRO等）、商品仕入れる。（訪日旅行、ゴールド、映画、化粧品）
③顧客の要望を逐次対応し、要望の高い商品を仕入れる

●報奨という要素が強いため、優先営業先ではないが、今後政府が行う各種制度にポイントの概念を取り入れて貰えるとは思っている。
また福利厚生事業を実施する際には、積極的に営業し、日本と同じように政府系団体のトップシェアを取って行きたいと考える。

● Because the factor for reward is strong, they are not priority customer, but I think they may include the reward points system into the various systems which their government will implement in the future.
On top of it, we actively approach to them if they will implement the welfare services and we want to acquire the top share of governmental organization as same as in Japan.
