(b) If you are in business and established in a European Union country, but you do not have a VAT registration number issued by one of the European Union countries, then you will be able to provide Amazon with other evidence that you are in business. Acceptable evidence is a copy of a recent corporate tax return or an official document issued by a government agency proving that you are in business. Once your evidence is reviewed and accepted by Amazon, VAT will not be charged by Amazon on the fees hereunder provided you are not established in Luxembourg. You hereby give the following warranties and representations, namely:

(b) 契約者が現状事業を行っており、かつ、契約者の事業がEU内の国に設立されているが、事業を設立した国の発行するVAT登録番号を持っていない場合は、事業を行っている旨を証明する他の証拠を提出することができる。証拠として受領することができる証明は、最新の法人税支払証明書、或いは契約者が事業を行っていることを証明する政府機関の証明書である。ルクセンブルグに事業を設立している場合を除き、契約者の証拠がアマゾンにより審査され、受入れられた場合、アマゾンは契約者に対し、以降に記載される手数料に対するVATを請求しない。
契約者は下記に対する保証とその励行に合意する。
