1回目、2回目はさほど気にしませんでしたが、ケースが壊れ、そして中のトランペットとサックスのパーツの一部がなくなってました。そして３回目は、2000＄のサックスの中に無理やり固いもので叩いて、マウスピースが詰め込まれてました。そして今日届いた1200ドルのフリューゲルホルンはホーン部分が無理やり曲げられてました。これがその写真です。これでは日本では売り物になりません。このことは、何度かカスタマーセンターには打診しています。この写真についても先程メールで報告を済ませてます。

I was not concerned much when it happened for the 1st time and even the 2nd time, but then the casing got broken and some of the trumpet and saxophone parts went missing. The 3rd time round, a mouthpiece was forcibly inserted into the $2,000.00 saxophone. Then, this time round, a $1,200.00 flugelhorn's horn was forcibly bent. This is the picture of how it looks. This cannot be sold in Japan. I have already contacted the customer service centre to sound out on this matter. I have also reported to them earlier on the matter with the picture.
