久々でしたので、大量に発注させていただきました。

日本での売れ行きは好調ですが、
日本に届いた時の商品の状態が毎回不安です。

前回も言いましたが、液体が漏れていました。

今回も液体関係の商品をたくさん購入しています。
確実に蓋をきつく締めてから梱包をお願いします。

また、その他ワックスも、夏場のため、
溶け出すことが懸念されます。

厳重に梱包お願いします。

前回のような商品状態ですと、
処分が大量に発生してしまいます。


今回注文分はいつ頃発送でしょうか？

なるべく早く欲しいです。

I have not ordered for a long time, so I have ordered a lot.

Sales in Japan are going well, but I am always worrying about conditions of the products when I receive it in Japan.

As i mentioned before, the liquid leaked.

I bought many product including liquid.
I would like you to make sure that the caps are closed tightly.

And another thing, other waxes may also leak out due to high temperature of summer.

Please pack the products surely.

If the conditions of products are bad as before, I will have to dispose many of them.

I was wondering when you dispatch the products that I had already ordered.

I would like to receive them as soon as possible.
