MyUSのEnter Valuesから購入金額を入力することは出来るのですが、全ての入力が終わり続けるをクリックすると続けるの項目が消えてしまって入力完了になりません。

こちらからはどうしようも出来ないので、そちらから操作してもらえませんでしょうか?

また、Purchased Valueをこちらで入力しないで済む方法を教えて頂けませんか?

購入金額を販売者のほうで明記してもらえば良いのでしょうか?

Hi.

I could enter the amount of purchase on Enter Values of MyUS, but all items were lost and I couldn't complete the entry when I clicked 'all entry done and continue'.

I'm appreciate it if you could implement the procedure because I can't handle this problem.

Would it be possible to tell me how not to enter the Purchased Value.

Do I need to have a vendor to make out the purchase amounts?
