私たちが考えるにはアカウントがサスペンドされた原因はネガティブフィードバックの多さだと思っています。その理由の多くが商品が届くのが遅いといったものです。（調べてもらえれば分かると思いますが、Amazonの配送予定日内には届いているものもあるのですが、お客様には遅いと感じているようです。）
私たちにはその改善の準備が出来ています。さらに届くのが早い発送方法で送ろうと思っています。

どうすればアカウントが再開できるのか教えてください。

I believe that cause where account was suspended is frequent negative feedbacks.
The many reasons are that the items arrive late(you will find it when you inspect.Some items of Amazon arrive at the customers within the delivery days, but they feel that they receive them late).

We are prepared to improve it. We are going to send them by using the method where customers can receive earlier.
