”Estimated Delivery”が1月1日だとします。発送した商品の到着がこの1月１日を超えたらセラーである私に責任がありますか？
私は日本から国際発送をしているので、商品が天候や税関などにより到着するまで時間がかかる場合があります。
ですので商品を必ずしもEstimated Delivery dayに届けられると保証できません。

回答と根拠となるアマゾンの説明ページを教えてください。

Let's say the "Estimated Delivery" is on Jan. 1st. For I am the seller, am I responsible if the shipped item arrives after Jan. 1st?
I am shipping internationally from Japan, so it might take time for the arrival of the item depending on the weather or the customs.
Therefore, I cannot guarantee that the item will definitely arrive on the Estimated Delivery day.

Please give me the answer of the above question, and the explanation page of Amazon which explains it.
