今までは、日本郵便の送料は安いが日数のかかる配送方法で発送していました。
しかし今回それにより悪い評価がつけられることが多かったので、日本から約10日で到着する配送方法に変更します。また、購入者から配送遅延の問い合わせがあった際も、調査や返金等を迅速に行い、購入者に満足していただける対応を心がけています。
これら2つの問題はもう既に解決済で、
一ヶ月前から新しい方法に切り替えていますので、サスペンドの解除をお願いいたします。
その他になにか問題がありましたらお知らせください。

Until now, we used Japan Post which takes long shipping time, although it is cheap.
We, however, will change the shipping method to the one which takes about 10 days for the shipment as there were quite a few cases to get negative ratings. In addition to that, for customers' satisfaction, we are trying to make sure that we implement search and reimbursement promptly upon customers' inquiries on delay of the shipment.
Since these two problems have been already resolved and we have changed it to the new method, could you please remove suspension?
Should there be any other problems, please let us know.
