I have not received my order. The tracking no. that you gave is not recognised by Parcel Force or Royal Mail Please advise carrier and when I am likely to receive delivery. This is urgent. Please reply by return. Japanese Companies are normally honest and reliable

And do I need to follow those instructions for cancelling the order if I want a refund?
