備考: 海外に発送した商品がお客さまに届かなかったクレームに対する返事です。

郵便局に再配達の連絡が無く、保管期限切れとなったようです。

1.　全額返金（商品と配送料）

2.　商品が確実に届く住所を、再度ご連絡ください。無料で商品の再発送いたします。
