日付が変わらないとのことですが、ホーム都市を変更していただけないでしょうか。
時計の右側についている「つまみ(リューズ)」を右側に回し、ロックを解除します。
そのあと、つまみを引っ張り出します。
この状態でつまみを回すと秒針が動きますので、
秒針を「NYC」にあわせてください。
この後につまみを戻せば設定が完了します。
英文の説明書ではE-37をご覧ください。
恐らくこれで時計の日付設定は正常になると思いますが
ダメな場合は、ご連絡いただければ幸いです。

You say that the date does not change, then can you please change the home city?
Please turn the crown on the right side of the watch to unlock.
Then, pull out the crown.
Under this status, turn the crown to move it, then set the second hand to "NYC".
Finally, push back the crown to finish the setting.
Please see the page E-37 in the English user's manual.
By setting up the watch as explain above, it will work normally.
