日本はホリデーが終わり 今日からビジネスデイです。
私がPeterさんからの注文品を在庫ルームに取りに行きましたところ
この商品は私の在庫ルームにすでに無いことが発覚しました。
これは完全に私の在庫の数え間違えにより起こりました。
今、私はメーカーに電話して私の店に届けるように注文しましたがホリデー後の為 10日かかります。
EMSでPeterさんに送りましても到着予定は5月20日前後です。
お詫びのしるしにプレゼントをお送りいたします。

The holiday in Japan has ended, and we started to work from today.
I went to the warehouse to check the good you have ordered and found there's no any stock in it.
This is caused by my miscalculation of inventory.
I have called the maker and ordered it to my shop but due to it's just after the holiday, it may cost 10 days.
Even if I arrange the shipping to you by EMS, the expected arrival date will be around May 20th.
I will send a present to you as my apology.
