ZIPファイルの解凍について

ご不便をおかけしまして誠に申し訳ございません。
下記の通りお試しください。

1）まず、商品データをお客様のコンピュータにダウンロードし、保存してください。ダウンロードリンクはマイアカウント内の購入履歴ページ最下部にあります。（参照：FAQ）
2）データはZIP圧縮されています。一般的に、Windowsなら「右クリック→すべて展開」、Macならダブルクリックで解凍できます。

Please try the following steps:

1. First, download the production data onto your computer and save it. You can find the download link on the lowest area on the purchase history page in My Account. (Refer to FAQs).
2. The data is a ZIP file. Generally, if you use Windows, you can unzip it with right click and open. If you use Mac, you can unzip it by double clicking.
