すいません。オーストラリアへの配送は私たちの実力では(商品の名前)を配送することができません。大変申し訳ございません。
今回オーストラリアの配送については日本の配送業者、日本郵便、佐川急便、黒猫ヤマトなどの業者に電話や直接伺いましたが配送することはできないとのことです。配送できる重量であっても大きさが対応していない、配送できる大きさであっても重量が対応してないのが理由です。今回EMSや船便で対応できると考えた私たちの浅知恵が原因です。大変失礼いたしました。

This time we asked Japanese courier services such as Japan Post, Sagawa, and Kuroneko Yamato regarding shipping to Australia, and they told us that they were not able to ship it. The reasons are that even though the weight is acceptable, the size is not or the size is fine, but the weight is not. We are at fault as we thought we could ship it y EMS or surface mail.
