到着したpackagesの縦、横、高さをすべて計測して、Dimensional Weightを算出しました。
私の計算では約320lbsでした。
しかし御社の計算では602.8lbsです。
私の計算方法が間違っているとは思えません。
再計算して、過払い金を返金して下さい。
私の計算が誤りの場合は、なぜこの金額になるのかを詳しく説明して下さい。
