メーカーに問い合わせたところ英語に対応しているようです。ただ英語に切り替えるまでの操作は日本語となります。NTSCについてはメーカーでも分からないとの返答でした。しかし日本もNTSC方式ですしebayでも日本人セラーが同一商品を販売しているので問題ないと思います。商品の写真ですが私が実物を撮影して出品ページに載せてありますのでそちらをご確認下さい。特に目立つ傷も無く綺麗です。他にも疑問があればお気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。ご納得頂ければご入金をお願い致します。

I have inquired about it to the manufacturer,
and It seems that you can use it in English as well.
However, while you are switching the language from Japanese to English,
it will be all Japanese appear on the screen until it's switched to English completely.
And they didn't know about NTSC. However, we use NTSC method in Japan,
and a Japanese seller is selling the same product on ebay, so i don't think
there is any problem with that.
