until today i have not received the goods.
The Problem is the customs department.
They don´t send informations to the delivery adress "packstation".
I have phoned three times with dhl to give the informations to the customs, but it doesn´t work.
Since friday the goods are back in Japan.

Please tell me, if you want to send again to my residence adress or if you prefer to refund the Money.

I prefer a last try on my residence adress.

今日の時点でまだ商品を受け取っていません。顧客サービス部が問題となってます。パックステーションという配送先の住所に情報を送ってないことです。
dhlで顧客に情報提供のため、三回電話をかけましたが、繋がりませんでした。
金曜日から商品は日本に戻ってきています。

わたしの住所に再送していただくか、返金していただくか、どちらを好まれるか教えてださい。

私としてはもう一度わたしの住所に送っていただければと思っています。
