5. The headings to the clauses are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
Article 2 Basic Agreement and Individual Sales Agreement

2.1 The Basic Agreement shall prescribe basic matters concerning supply and/or sales transactions relating to the Goods between the Seller and the Buyer, and shall apply to each transaction of purchase and sale of the Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Individual Sale Agreement”). The order and/or any instruction of Goods including but not limited to the kind, name, qualification, color, quantity, point, delivery date, delivery location, receiver and/or other necessary information shall be deemed as the Individual Sales Agreement.

2.1　基本契約書は甲と乙間の商品に関する供給、そして、或いは決済に関することを規定してあり、その規定を商品の購入や販売の各決済に適用する(以降、商品の購入や販売に関する各決済を｢個別売買契約｣と称する)。
以下を含むがそれに限定されない注文や商品指示は個別販売契約と見なされる。
