お邪魔いたします。
「商品はそのままお受け取りください」はreceive ではないですよ？「返してもらわなくていいです。あなたにあげますから持っていてください」という意味です。よって、please keep the item でしょう。
0630dt さんに教えていただきたいのですが、apologize for "your" inconvenience といいますか？ for your convenience は言いますが、for your inconvenience は見たことないように思うのですが。apologize for "the" inconvenience しか見たことないのですが。
あと、trucking → tracking
do not to hesitate → do not hesitate

お返事ありがとうございました。そうか、検索という方法があるんですね。for your inconvenience もあるんですね。私はフレーズや文章の検索ができないので、眼中になかった！（よく、皆さん何十万件のヒットが、みたいなことを書いていらっしゃるけど、私がやっても余計な、いらんものばかり出て来て、参考になった試しがない）
他の方も、その文章としてあっているかどうかでみていらっしゃるのを見受けますが、翻訳は原文との整合性が第一ですから、動作の主体を逆にとっているもの（あなたがすることを、私がした、というような）まで見逃して☆５つなんかつけていて、それはまずいだろ？と思ったことあります。
