your system error にしたのは暗に「あなたのシステムのせいで」といっているからです。自分のシステムではない、クーポンを発行しているあなたのシステムが受け付けなかったのだから。

refund me "for" このforはいらないと思います。
product price で製品価格、商品価格の意味になります。

Ana gave me をI received にしなければいけない理由があるのでしょうか？

March 5　は普通です。アメリカ風なのかもしれませんが。ヨーロッパは逆かもしれませんね。

all the とall of the はどちらも同じ意味で使われているように思います。どう使い分けているのかわからないけど。

"where" 20% は変な感じがするのですが、applied to にしなければいけなかったのかな？

頂くって普通はto receiveという意味ですけど、「くださる」ってのはto give

March 5と5 Marchはどちらでもいいみたいです... March 5はイギリスの規準です。

all the とall of the はどちらでも正しいですが、all of theのほうが書き言葉みたいです。

この文では確かにapplied toにしなくてはいけないのです。また私の間違いで、すみません。
