商品は1月18日に日本郵便の航空便(追跡番号なし)で発送しておりますので、1月28日頃には届く予定でした。しかしながら、お客様に商品が届いていないとのことですので、郵便局が紛失したか、税関で没収された可能性が高いと思います。大変お待たせして申し訳ないのですが、同一の商品を航空便(追跡番号あり)で再度発送させていただきます。発送いたしましたら、追跡番号をお知らせいたします。いましばらお待ちくださいますようよろしくお願い申し上げます。

The item was shipped via airmail (without a tracking number) at Japan Post on January 18th, and it was supposed to be delivered around January 28th. However, since you have not received it yet, it is likely that the post office has lost it or it was confiscated at the customs. We apologize for the delay but we will ship the same item by airmail (with a tracking number) again. We will provide a tracking number once the item is shipped. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
