先日はDue diligenceに必要な資料を送付してくれてありがとうございます。
現在、いただいた資料をもとに私たちはDue diligence作業を進めています。
出来れば直接お会いしてミーティングを設けたいと考えています。
私たちは、3/16-18の間でUKに行く予定にしています。
例えば、3/17の13時～15時（2時間程度），場所は御社でミーティングをお願いできないでしょうか。

I am currently working on due diligence, based on the documents that were sent.
It it's possible, I would like to arrange a face-to-face meeting.
We will be in the UK from 16/3-18/3.
For example, would it be possible to request a meeting on 17/3 from 1pm-3pm (up to 2 hours), at your company?
