月曜に払うといっていたのに、支払いも連絡もなかったので、ebayにOpen Unpaid Item Caseの手続きをしました。もしこのままあなたが支払わず取引がなくなったら、手続きをしておかないと100ドルの落札手数料が戻ってこなくなるためです。その手続きができる期限が迫っていたから焦ったのです。
あなたが支払えばシステム上Unpaid Item Caseは消えます。落札してから支払いまでに３週間もかかるので長いと思うけれども九日まで待ちますね。

You had told me you would pay me on Monday, but I hadn't received any money nor any messages from you, so I began the Open Unpaid Item Case procedure on Ebay. If you hadn't paid me and I hadn't done that, I wouldn't get back the 100 dollars that is the handling charge for finalizing a bid. The deadline for submitting the form was closing on me so I panicked a bit.

If you pay me, I shall delete the Unpaid Item Case from the system. I think 3 weeks is a long time to wait for the payment after someone wins a bid, but I will wait until 9th.
