I even paid for Expedited Shipping! I've contacted the seller multiple times to ask them to ship the item ASAP as their error is their problem.

I shop on Amazon because it’s a trusted site but I am losing some trust since this company was allowed to falsely market their items and then put the onus on the customer. They falsely advertised their items and as a result, I still don't have a lens and I haven't been able to use my camera because I am still waiting on this order to process. This has caused a great inconvenience to me and to my film production company.

私は速達料金さえも支払いました。販売店の間違えは彼等の問題なので、何回も販売者に、直ぐに出荷するように連絡しました。

アマゾンが信頼できるサイトなのでここで購入していますが、この販売店が騙して商品を販売し、その責任をお客様に押し付けている事を許しているので、少し信頼ができなくなってきています。
彼等が騙して商品を販売した結果、私はまだレンズを受取っていません。またこの注文を処理されるのを待っているので私のカメラを使うことがせきません。この件で私は大変な迷惑を受け、また私の映画会社も大損害を受けてます。
