I shipped the item through the Japanese post office on March 28, then from the tracking number I confirmed that it was in German customs on April 1. It seems as though it has been stuck there since then. There is nothing I can do about this situation. However, upon receiving a request from the buyer to cancel I wanted to be sure to respond right away. I always want to do whatever I can to help the buyer.

商品を日本郵便にて３月２８日にお送りし、私が確認した追跡番号は４月１日付のドイツ税関のものでした。
それ以来とまっているように思えます。この状況に私ができることは何もありません。
しかし、バイヤーからのキャンセルリクエスト受け、正確に返答をしたいです。いつでも、バイヤーの手助けになることならなんでもしたいからです。
