先日届いたＡですが、ファスナー部分が壊れていたのと、外側のポケットのストラップとプラスチックの部分が左右違う方向になっています。以上２個返金をしてもらう事ができますか？

Regarding A which I received the other day, zipper part was broken, and the outside pocket's strap and plastic parts directions were different from right and left. Will you refund the above 2 items?
