Use direct, active language
In customer-facing pieces, use the second person (‘you’) and the imperative mood (commands). Use active sentence structure as much as possible; avoid passive constructions.

Be concise
Use every opportunity to shorten the text without reducing the information provided.
Benefits before features
Always consider the needs and priorities of the specific customers you are about to address. Put benefits first and features second (‘ultra-fast playing response’ instead of ‘low-latency driver’).

お客様に対する文章を書くときには、二人称の｢you｣を使い、命令法で(指示)で文章を構成してください。できる限り能動態の文章構成とし、受動態は避けるようにしてください。

文章は簡潔にしてください。
文章に含まれている情報を損なわずに、簡潔な文章にする事を心がけてください。機能･特長より便益を先に説明てください。
まさに対応しようとしている特定のお客様の必要性と優先順位を常に考慮してください。便益を機能や特長より前に記載してください(｢ローレイテンシー･ドライバー｣の説明より｢超高速応答性｣の説明を先にしてください。)
