Shipment ID: FBA1MPK5C7 の納品数について質問です。
件名 FBA Inbound Shipment Problem (FBA1MPK5C7)
というメールをもらいました。
セラーセントラルで確認してみると、
SKU MU-9D41-V1IU 、が22個中11個が、
Unfulfillable になっていました。
Product damaged upon arrival とのことです。
しかし私は22個ではなく、11個しか送っていません。
何かの間違いでしょうか？

I have a question about the delivered amount of Shipment ID: FBA1MPK5C7.
I received an e-mail with a title: FBA Inbound Shipment Problem (FBA1MPK5C7)
I checked it in the seller central, and it said that regarding SKU MU-9D41-V1IU ,11 units out of 22 units were described as Unfulfillable.
It said that product damaged upon arrival.
However, I've only sent 11 units to you, not 22.
Was there any mistake?
