いろいろなテーマで東京を撮影した写真マガジン
私が生まれたのは東京オリンピックの前年の1963年。
この時代から新幹線や東京タワーが建設されて高度経済成長期に入って行く。東京の下町に生まれた私の子供の頃にはあらゆるところで工事の杭打ちの大き な音が聞こえ、古い住宅は壊されてビルになり、海や川を埋めて道路を造ったりする景色が見られた。その東京は20代から写真家を志した私には最高のモチーフ。30年間にわたりさまざまなテーマで記録した。

A photo magazine which shoots Tokyo under various themes.
I was born on 1963, which was one year before the Tokyo Olympics.
From this period, the shinkansen and Tokyo tower is built, and Japan enters the high economic growth period. Born in downtown Tokyo, in my childhood I heard large sounds of constructions from all over the place, old houses were torn down and became new buildings, and roads were constructed by filling up the ocean or rivers. Tokyo is a superb motif for me, as I have aimed to be a photographer from my 20's. I have recorded Tokyo under various themes for 30 years.
