先日購入したクロムブックですが、返品したいと考えています。
理由は、ポインターがうまく動作しないためです。
タッチパッドでの操作では無反応で、タッチパッドを押し込みながら別の指でドラッグするとポインターが動くのですが、画面のあちこちに瞬間移動する動きをするだけで、全く制御できません。

既に転送業者を通じ、日本まで商品が届いている状況です。
この場合、返品のための送料はどうなるのでしょうか？全額負担していただけるのか、それとも一部負担となるのでしょうか？
