Please know that since the buyer has sent you an order cancellation request from his/her buyer account, please be assured that your seller rating will not be affected or you will not be charged any cancellation fee, when you cancel this order.

However, please follow the steps given below in order to cancel this order. If you use the procedure given below, there will be no affect on your seller rating.

-Login to your seller account.
-Go to "Manage Orders" from the "Orders" tab.
-Please select "Order Id" from the drop down menu on the top left and enter the order id you would like to cancel and click on "Search".

購入者が購入者自身のアカウントから注文取消を貴店に送ってきたので、貴店がこの注文の取り消しをしても、貴店の販売者評価に影響は無く、また貴店はどのような取消手数料の請求をされることが無い事を理解してください。


とはいえ、この注文を取り消すために以下のステップに従ってください。貴店が以下の手順に従えば、貴店の販売者評価に何の影響もありません。

-Seller Accountにログインする。
-Order(注文)タブクリックして、”Manage Order(注文管理)のページに行ってください。
-上部左にあるドロップダウンメニューから“Order Id(注文番号)”選択し、貴店が取り消しをしたい注文番号を入力し、”Search(検索)”をクリックしてください。
