到着した商品の申告価格を入力後、「Purchased Value」が「Receipt Required」に変わり、領収書の提出を請求されました。仕入先からPaypalで支払をしていますが、Paypalの請求書の添付でもよいでしょうか？

After inputting the declared value for the arrived item, “Purchased Valued” has changed into “Receipt Required” and I was requested to submit the receipt. I have made a payment through Paypal to the supplier, in that case, is it OK to attach the bill of Paypal only?
