ビールや焼酎などのアルコールとも相性抜群の鍋なので、体が芯から冷えてしまった夜にはピッタリの一品です。
2位 石狩鍋/北海道
2位は北海道の郷土料理として名高い《石狩鍋》。サケの身のぶつ切りと「あら」、そして鍋の具材としては少々珍しくもあるキャベツやタマネギを入れた《石狩鍋》は味噌味が基本。魚臭さを抑えてうま味を引き出すためにさんしょうをかけるのが、本場の食べ方だそうですよ。

2nd is Ishikari nabe which is famous as local dish in Hokkaido.
In Ishikari nabe where thick piece of sarmon and "ara" as well as cabbage and onion, which is kind of unusual as ingredient of nabe a little, are put, miso is basic seasoning .
In the area where this nabe was produced, they eat by adding japanese pepper to produce tasteness by reducing taste of fish.
