私はweb上で送り状の作成、発送をしている。その日私は2件の送り状を作成した。送り状の作成時に追跡番号が発行される。それと別に住所情報をPDFで保存する。1件目で私は追跡番号の発行、PDFの保存をした。次に君の送り状を作成、追跡番号発行。しかし、私は君の情報が入っているPDFの保存を忘れた。それに気付かず1件目の顧客のPDFを使用して送り状を作成してした為、1件目の客の所へ君の商品を送る事になった
1件目の客に商品返却を希望しているが返信はこない。君に迷惑をかけた事を深く詫びる

I also separately save the address information in PDF. For the first one, I issued the tracking number and saved the PDF. And following that I created your invoice and issued the tracking number. But I forgot to save the PDF that contains your information. I did not notice that and I used the PDF of the customer to create the invoice for the first one and accidentally sent your product to the first customer.
There were no responses from the customer about returning the product. I am very sorry to have cause you any inconvenience.
