私はweb上で送り状の作成、発送をしている。その日私は2件の送り状を作成した。送り状の作成時に追跡番号が発行される。それと別に住所情報をPDFで保存する。1件目で私は追跡番号の発行、PDFの保存をした。次に君の送り状を作成、追跡番号発行。しかし、私は君の情報が入っているPDFの保存を忘れた。それに気付かず1件目の顧客のPDFを使用して送り状を作成してした為、1件目の客の所へ君の商品を送る事になった
1件目の客に商品返却を希望しているが返信はこない。君に迷惑をかけた事を深く詫びる

I am creating and shipping the invoice on the web. I created 2 invoices that day. I will issue the tracking number upon creation of the invoice. I am also saving the address information separately via PDF. I issued the tracking number and saved the PDF for the first one. Next, I will create your invoice and issue the tracking number. However, I forgot to save the information you've entered in the PDF. And I did not noticed that and I used the PDF which I created for the first customer and sent your product to that customer.
There were no responses from the customer on returning the product. So I am deeply apologizing for causing you any inconvenience.
