もう３か月近く進展が無く、転送業者は、売り手からのEINの提出が無ければ、売り手に返送するか、商品を破棄するかしか方法はないと言ってきます。
高額な商品なので、私は大変心配で困っています。
大変お手間をかけて申し訳ないのですが、一旦あなたにカメラを返送して、日本に直接送ってもらうか、ハワイの友人の所へ送ってもらえないでしょうか？
勿論、送料と手数料、お礼も支払います。
大変困っておりますので、どうか助けて頂けないでしょうか。

It has already been nearly 3 months of no progress and the forwarding agency says all they can do without the EIN from the seller is either return the item to the seller or dispose of it.
I am extremely worried and troubled as this is an expensive item.
I am sorry to ask so much of you but could I send the camera back to you temporarily and then have you either ship it straight to Japan or to my friend who is in Hawaii?
