商品の梱包でお願いがある。私は海外の商品を買う事がよくあるが、日本に届いた商品が破損している事が稀にある。
商品が破損していた場合、売り手、買い手両方が損をする。
だから、梱包は商品が壊れないようにできるだけ丁寧にお願いする。
商品の到着を楽しみにしている。

・○月○日に商品代金を支払ったが、○月○日現在まだ商品が届いていない。
商品を発送しないのであれば返金を要求する。

I am happy to perchase your product.
I have something to ask for you about the way of packing. I often perchase products from aborad. But I find that the items arrived is damaged rarely.
If puducts get damaged, both seller and buyer incur loss.
Then I require you to pack them as carefully as possiblt to keep them from being damaged. I am looking forward to receiving the item.
