今回、販売禁止と知らずに販売してしまいました。
すぐに商品は出品を削除しました。
対策
今後は販売禁止商品を確認し販売しないことを約束します。

原因
担当者の不手際により伝票への納品日の記入の間違いがあったことです。
対策
従業員を増やし、仕入れ担当と出荷担当に作業員を分け
さらに、出荷予定の再確認、社内で二重のチェック
を徹底してまいる所存でございます。

Cause;
We sold the items without knowing that it was violating the intellectual property rights.
We removed those from our listing immediately.
Countermeasure;
From now on, we check the items whether violating the policy or not prior to listing.
We commit for not selling the item suspicious for violation.

Order defective rate
Cause;
Our staff in charge made mistake of filling the delivery date in to our shipping slip.
Countermeasure;
We hire more staffs and separate the in charges for the purchasing and the shipping.
In addition, we will thoroughly double and cross check the shipping schedule.
