ありがとうございます。
「ほかの会社」を複数にしておこうとotherにしておきながら、すぐ後で、やっぱり単数のsellerにしてしまい、結局単複どちらにするのか決めきれなかった結果です。

have had bad luck は「～したことがある　→　経験　→　現在完了」と学校で散々教えられたので、これでいいと思いますよ。過去形ではなく。現に、現在完了で書いてある英文を最近見ています。
