ユーザーだけに閲覧できるように設定した場合、登録画面の下に規約のリンクは表示されないでしょうか？
ユーザー登録する際に規約のリンクがないサイトは問題がありますよね？
規約のリンクがある場合もページ自体が閲覧できないように制限されませんか？

個人的にはユーザー以外の閲覧を完全に遮断する必要性は無いと思うのでこの閲覧制限を解除がわかれば教えて欲しいです。
(自分はデザインだけ変えたいので)

かなりカスタマイズしてしまったので、上記問題が自分だけの勘違いなら申し訳ありません。

If it is set to be accessed by the users, is the like for terms and conditions not to be displayed at the bottom of the registration screen.
It is a problem if there is no link to the terms and conditions upon a user registration, isn’t it?
Although the link is displayed, is there any restriction for not accessing to the page concerned?

My personal opinion is that it is not needed to cut off the access from other than the users so please let me know how to remove this restriction if you would know it.
(I only want to modify the design).

As I customized a lot, I am sorry for disturbing if the aforementioned concern is my misunderstanding.
