商品に問題がある場合、15日以内に連絡しなければいけないことは理解していますが、私はこの商品に問題があるとは思っても見なかったので、どうすれば良いのか分からず、あなた方に連絡をすることにしました
あなた方が検品して私の元に送り届けた商品なので不良品であるとは考えにくいが、私はこの商品において、このような事例が起こりえるのかを知りたい。起こりえないことなら私はもっと洋服の扱いを大事にしなければいけませんね。

I understand that I need to contact you within 15 days if there are problems with the product but I did not see the product with this product and I do not know what to do so I contacted you.
