There is one patient who is 60 years old man with a history of diabetes. We performed an examination which is an indication of atherosclerosis and an operation, and then we compared with the data of the group medical examination. As a result, the test values ​​of the patient, tended to show a lower value in comparison with the general population. When compared with the normal group with no risk factors of atherosclerosis, the test value are showing high in the upper age and it is low in the young. The proportion with hypertension or hyperlipidemia is a risk factor for arteriosclerosis, was lower overall compared with the medical examination group.
