　急激な経済成長と人口増加が進むフィリピンにおいては、エネルギー資源における石油依存からの脱却が、国家安全保障の観点からも重要視されております。
　東南アジアにおいて、石油価格１％の上昇に対して最も国内物価が影響を受けるのがフィリピン(0.428%)であり、経済に深刻な影響を与えています。また石油価格に公定価格を用いて補助金政策を行っている国では、石油価格の上昇、石油輸入量の増加による財政赤字が喫緊の課題となっております。

Free from its dependence on oil
It is thought to be very important for Philippines in which rapid growth of both economy and population have occurred to free from its dependence on oil for energy resource with the object of national security.
In south-eastern Asia, Philippines is the most influenced company with domestic price by one percent rise of oil price(0.428%), this affects severe economical damage. Furthermore, the countries which use authorized price as oil price to take a subsidy policy, budget deficit by the rise of oil price challenges and the increase of oil imports is the urgent challenge.
