シンガポールの顧客から「私の商品を注文したがあなたの国へは発送できないと表示された」と連絡がきた。
私はシンガポールへの発送を許可しているし今現在も他のシンガポールの顧客からの注文を問題なく受けている。shipping settingを見てもアジアにチェックが入っている。
前回のあなた達の説明では「シンガポールから出荷」に変更するようにとの事だった様に思うが私は日本から出荷します。解決策を教えて下さい。

There was a contact from the Singaporean customer that "it was displayed that I ordered the product by it cannot be sent to your country"
I have never encountered any problems in receiving the orders with other Singaporean customers and the shipping to Singapore is allowed up until now.
I am shipping from Japan just like In your previous explanation about changing to "shipping from Singapore". Please let me know the solution.
