I've sent you receipts since more than a month ago, but the US side hasn't shipped the products yet. This is really slow. On the other hand, you've only given me back the same reply and have never gone through procedure. Why you didn't request me to provide EIN earlier if needed? Because of this delay, I've lost many business opportunities in Japan. The products should have been delivered to Japan even if you had shipped them by ship, which would take much time. Don't you get that I'm doing this for business?
