返信が遅れて申し訳ありません。
12月は繁忙期につき、発送とメールの確認が遅れておりました。
配達の指定ですが、繁忙期を除けばできますがこの度はご指定いただいた日時にお届けすることができずに申し訳ありません。
商品に関してですが、通関において支障がなければ12月26日か27日には配達されます。
国ごとによって配達日が違いますが、通関に支障がなければ10日から14日程度で配達されます。
この度はお手数をおかけして大変申し訳ありません。

As for designation of delivery, you can designate except for busy period,
but we are sorry that we could not deliver it on the day and time you designated this time.
As for product, if there is no problem at customs clearance, it will be delivered on 26th or 27th of December.
The date of delivery is different by country, but if there is no problem in customs clearance,
it will be delivered from 10 to 14 days.
