I never received my orderin which I paid the additional fee to have my package shipped to me with-in 1-2 days. When I contacted the seller, they were unable to help me. They stated that they sent the package via UPS to New York and that somehow they have no further information. I am extremely disappointed that not only did I order a package on December 5th and paid extra to get in set by a certain date, but now it is December 19 and I still do not have the package and the seller is unwilling to help me. I would like my money refunded to me since I have not received what I ordered.

1日～2日で商品を私の元に配達していただくために追加料金を支払った注文をまだ受け取っていません。販売店に連絡を取ったのですが、何の手助けもしてくれませんでした。販売店はニューヨーク向けに小包を出荷したといっていますが、その後のことは何らかの理由で情報を持っていません。12月5日に商品を注文し、指定期日に間に合うよう配達してもらうために追加費用を支払ったのですが、12月19日になっても小包は配達されず、販売店はそれを調べる意志がないことに、私は非常にがっかりしています。注文が配達されないので返金をしてくださるようお願いします。
