I am writing to you with reference to a delivery recently despatched from JD Sport (Size) under DHL tracking number 5862045825
Our delivery partners have advised they are unable to fulfil delivery as you were unavailable when the driver called.
The shipment is currently on hold at the local office awaiting further information, please can you contact us immediately in JAPAN on: 81-3-3522-2500 to arrange delivery.
Failure to make contact may result in the shipment being returned to the United Kingdom.
