調べましたがコミケC84で100本限定販売されたものでかなりのレア商品ですね。
日本のオークションなどでも検索しましたが現在は販売されていませんね。

I looked, but it is very rare considering it was a limited sale of 100 pieces in Comiket C84.
I have searched also in auctions in Japan, but it seems that is not currently being sold.
